On a flat tray, food sits in its own oil and goes soft underneath. In this mesh basket, the hot air reaches every side, so fries, wings, pakoras and roast vegetables come out crisp on the top and the bottom. The tray underneath catches crumbs and drips, so your oven stays clean. No deep fryer, no air fryer and very little oil.

How to use it

Spread it out. Lay the food in one layer in the basket. A light spray of oil helps it brown.

Set it on the tray. Put the basket on the tray and slide both into a hot oven.

Serve straight from the basket. Lift it out by the handles with oven gloves. The drips stay in the tray.

Questions about this set
Will it fit my oven?
The tray is 14 × 10 inches, which fits most standard home ovens. Measure the shelf of a small or countertop oven before you order.
Do I really not need oil?
Frozen fries and nuggets crisp up well on their own. Fresh potatoes and vegetables brown better with a light spray. Either way, it is far less oil than frying.
Is it real copper?
No. Copper is the colour of the non-stick finish. Use wooden or silicone utensils and a soft sponge to keep the coating in good condition.
Same oven, same fries. The basket is what makes them crispy.
Please note: the basket and tray get very hot. Always use oven gloves. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive scourers on the non-stick coating. Not for use on a stovetop or in a microwave.
