Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, returns, and support at Ash Homes. If your question isn’t answered below, message us on WhatsApp.
1. How long does delivery take?
Karachi: 1 to 2 working days. Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 4 working days. Smaller cities and remote areas: 3 to 6 working days. You will receive a tracking SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, plus Visa, MasterCard, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfer through our Bank Al Habib account. Prepaid orders get a 5% discount, automatically applied at checkout.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Hygiene items, opened toys with missing parts, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Send a photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery to our WhatsApp (+92 322 3251708) or email (info@ashhomes.pk). We will arrange a free replacement or refund within 3 working days.
5. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link. You can also check status anytime by replying to our WhatsApp with your order ID.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. After dispatch, you can refuse delivery at the door, but a small return shipping fee will apply for prepaid orders.
7. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. For orders above PKR 50,000 we offer wholesale pricing. WhatsApp us at +92 322 3251708 with the list of items and quantities for a custom quote within 24 hours.
8. Is there a warranty on your products?
All electronic toys (drones, RC cars, robotic toys) come with a 7-day defect warranty. Non-electronic toys and home living items are covered under our standard 7-day return policy.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is on our roadmap for late 2026.
10. Are the toys safe and age-appropriate?
All our toys are sourced from quality manufacturers and clearly labeled with recommended age groups on the product page. We do not stock toys with sharp edges or small parts marked unsafe for the indicated age.
