Pull the launcher and the T-Rex fires a car across the floor.
Six die-cast cars park inside the dinosaur transport truck. Your child loads one into the launcher on top, pulls the handle back and lets go. First they aim for distance, then for the gap between the sofa legs, then they line up all six and race them one after another. How far does it launch?
It depends on the floor. Tiles and wood give the longest runs; carpet slows the cars down quickly. Only launch the cars that come with the set, and never aim at people or pets.
Do our own cars fit it?
If they are 1:64 — the usual pocket-car size — yes. They park in the garage levels and go through the launcher the same way as the six supplied.
Are the cars metal?
Yes. All six are die-cast alloy, not plastic, which is why they hold up to being launched at a skirting board over and over.
Does it need batteries?
No. The launcher works by hand — pull the handle back and let go. Nothing to charge and nothing to run out mid-game.
Is it suitable for a 2-year-old?
No. The cars are small parts, so it is for 3 and up. Younger siblings should watch from a distance while the launcher is in use.
