Assemble the stand. Fix the pole into the base on the foot plate, then set the height to suit your child.

Pump up the ball. Inflate it with the hand pump and attach it to the top of the pole.

Will the stand fall over?
It is made to be used with your child standing on the foot plate. Their own weight holds the stand steady while they punch. Without someone on the plate, it can tip.
What height should I set it to?
Set the ball at about your child's chin height. Raise the pole as they grow, all the way up to 104 cm.
Is it hard to put together?
No. The pole fits into the base, the ball attaches at the top, and the hand pump inflates the ball. It takes a few minutes.
