How to use it

Oil the cups. Brush each cup with a little oil and heat the pan on medium.

Fill each cup. Eggs in some, batter or grated potato in others. Add vegetables or meat on top if you like.

Flip and serve. Once set, turn each one with a silicone spatula and cook the other side. Everything comes out in its shape.
